~Why Me?~


With thousands of licensed Realtors in San Diego , why me? Why did I decide to leave my Real Estate training position and start selling again? Simple, I saw a definite need! Let me explain.


As many of you know, I have spent many months as the Vice President of a nationally renowned sales trainer. My duties included: researching new techniques, teaching and training thousands of Realtors these little known powerful strategies (known to only the top 1/10th of 1% of Realtors countrywide). These strategies are amazing and have proven themselves over and over again.

Here are just a few of the strategies I taught to other Realtors:

  • How to sell houses for more money in less time! (There is much more than a sign out front and entry in the MLS)
  • Not all Realtors are the same, how to only work with a top level Realtor. (A great Realtor will make you money, a bad one will cost you dearly)
  • Little known details that can cost sellers tens of thousands of dollars if neglected. (Almost 99 out of 100 homes for sale are guilty)
  • How to aggressively market a home for top dollar in today's marketplace (it's not just ads and open houses!)
  • Strategies to find amazing real estate investments for thousands below market. (Great deals are still there if you know where to look)
  • How to correctly stage a home to stimulate multiple emotional triggers, etc. (One of the greatest ways to maximize the selling price)
  • How to receive better protection when buying real estate  (little known form that allows the buyer to get representation, and save at least 5%-7% than without this one strategy)
  • How to create a bidding war on your home! (Incentive marketing that will have Realtors lining up to make an offer)

Before returning to residential real estate, I interviewed many of the top Realtors from across the state. The conclusion was unanimous, there are very few good agents, and most are simply "trying" it out. In fact, Over 72% will quit the business within 18 months without ever selling even 1 home. Ouch! Real Estate is too important to trust to amateurs.

This does not reflect the street smarts I have learned by selling millions of dollars of real estate, but it gives you an idea of the difference between me and other agents. Especially when you consider, most agents don't spend a dime on additional training!
