Prior to his real estate career, Brian owned and operated an advertising and marketing company in Northern California. His professional experience as a business owner and sales trainer provides Brian the ability to see the bigger picture, especially when it comes to developing long lasting relationships and providing genuine customer care. Raechel Lieras Transaction Coordinator 
A native of San Diego, Raechel is a certified R.E.P.A.; Real Estate Professional Assistant, a strong point considering less than 2% of all Transaction Coordinators hold this designation. Raechel brings a strong accounting background to PacifiCal Realty Group which helps her manage every detail as a Transaction Coordinator.
You will most likely be in contact with her during your escrow process. Her friendly and professional attitude will put you at ease during every aspect of your transaction.
As the Administrative Marketing Coordinator at Pacifical Realty Group, Brandi is responsible for a wide array of marketing applications encompassing newsletters, promotions, and making sure that our clients’ goals are given the attention they deserve at all times. She also provides marketing support services and ensures that our operations run smoothly. Her current and past experience in the real estate and finance field has resulted in Brandi having a complete understanding of the various aspects involved in buying and selling your home.
